Madgicx's Mass Launcher allows you to quickly and effectively test new audiences to help you understand exactly what works best for you. Don't feel intimidated by all the audience options you'll have to choose from—the guide below will walk you through it!
Key Features of the Mass Launcher:
- More than 100 powerful regular and eRFM audiences to choose from
- The ability to mass-launch multiple ad sets at once, even across funnel stages
- Easily optimize or scale our good performers
- Utilize only our best performing creatives while maintaining social proof
The Mass Launcher will launch each of the audiences you choose as one ad set to target a different portion of the pixel or page data. This allows you to utilize your existing data to the fullest.
Once you launch the ad sets, you need to scale and test your strategy. Our approach will differ according to the funnel stage. Acquisition audiences are broader, so they require more testing and scaling. We recommend you start off by casting a wide net. Choose a few relevant audiences, let them run for a few days, and see which ones work.
With the other funnel stages—Reengagement, Retargeting, and Retention—you need to do less testing and scaling since the pool of people in these audiences will always be limited.
We also recommend testing new audiences with an ad set level budget (ABO). This is because an ABO structure makes it easier to evenly divide the budget between the ad sets to keep the test fair.
If we were to test ten ad sets in a campaign with a budget set to the campaign level (CBO), we may find after a few days that 90% of the budget was allocated to one ad set.
Once we pinpoint our best-performing audiences, we can collect the best performers into a CBO campaign with a higher budget.
When you start to understand which audiences work best, the Mass Launcher tool also makes it very easy to split-test and scale your account horizontally. For example, if your best performing audiences are the Top Seed audience and Frequent Platinum Customers, you can recreate them and split-test with different LLA percentages, countries, regions, placements, recensies, etc.
We can see the performance data of the different regions, placements, and other metrics directly in front of us, making it easier for us to make educated decisions on what to test. We can duplicate and split-test directly from within Madgicx. You can read about it here to learn more.
