You can use the Madgicx Settings Panel to change anything about your account or preferences Here's how:
The first panel at the top of the page shows your current Madgicx subscription. You can unsubscribe or change your current subscription plan here and see detailed information about your account, such as how many ad accounts you have.
The second panel will allow you to adjust the settings of the Facebook ad accounts you have connected to Madgicx. There are two buttons at the top right-hand corner of this panel: Reauthenticate and Add Facebook Account. ðŸŒ
For each one of your Facebook ad accounts, you can see and edit the account settings. You can see the basic settings and get a bird's-eye-view of your account, or click the drop-down menu to see the advanced settings for each of your accounts.
Here you can view and edit the following:
See whether the account is active (green) or inactive (red).
View the names of the connected accounts and see if the account is considered a special ad account.
View the amount spent over the last 30 days for each account. For the combined amount of all ad accounts, look at Current Media Spend Rates at the bottom of the panel.
Choose the account type: Leads, E-Commerce, or App Installs. Editing the account type will change the display metrics and the funnel structure, optimizing the app to your needs.
Check the time zone associated with each ad-account.
You can remove accounts by using the trash can icon.
You cannot have less than one account listed. If you need to change one account, contact Madgicx support and our representatives will do it for you.
Clicking the drop-down menu will reveal the Advanced Settings, which is where you can control the account in more depth. Here you can view and edit:
View your audience exclusions for each account and create default audience exclusions.
Change the name stamp for white labeling purposes. You can learn more about how to do so here.
View and select the default pixel you use to gather data about the account performance.
Change the default Facebook page associated with the account.
Change the default Instagram page associated with the account.
On the panel below, you can find and edit your account information, such as your email address and password.
Editing the email address through this panel will only change the recipient address for future communications from us, it will not change the email address used to log in.
If you are signed in through your Facebook or Shopify account, you cannot change your password here.
Finally, you can find and edit your billing information in the last panel. You can also find your previous invoices here as well.
That's it! Now you can control every aspect of your Madgicx account.
The most successful media buyers know how to use the right data to make the right decisions. The Madgicx x HYROS integration can help you to do just that- use elaborate custom metrics and faultless attribution, and plug them into Madgicx to generate powerful, data-driven insights.
HYROS performs more accurate tracking, and for a longer attribution window, than Facebook allows. It also allows you to create custom metrics for events outside your page, such as webinars, calls, or emails.
With all the Madgicx tools that generate actionable insights out of your account’s raw data, more conversion information translates into more effective and profitable results: so with Madgicx and HYROS combined, the only limits to your advertising are your budget and your imagination.
You can see all your Hyros metrics for sales, revenue, calls, total revenue, recurring revenue, refunds, and unique sales (based on last-click attribution) in every single Madgicx drop-down menu.
View and analyze HYROS metrics to finetune your strategy in the Madgicx tools:
Connect your HYROS account to Madgicx now for comprehensive data collection, that you can translate to actionable insights.
You can choose the experience you want to have on every account connected to Madgicx by choosing a different account type:
Lead Generation, E-Commerce, or App Installs.
The difference between these three experiences is very straightforward. The Madgicx tools will show different metrics to optimize your insights based on your account type.
Different account types will change the following tools:
To change your account type, you can simply go to Settings on the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. Find the account you want to edit and then use the drop-down menu to set the account type that best reflects your account.
Here's an example of the effect the account type has on your dashboard metrics: if the account type is set to Lead Generation, the Dashboard will adjust to show Website Leads and Cost per Website Lead for each funnel stage.
That's it! Experiment with different account types and find the one that best fits your needs.

You may also want to connect Google Analytics to your account. This gives you more options to create audiences from Google Analytics rather than Google Ads if the account doesn't contain enough data. In order to set up your Google Analytics correctly, you'll need to ensure that you choose the properties and the "view" with the most relevant data.
Click on the drop down menu to see the relevant metrics:
Once you have confirmed the settings are correct, you're all set to get started! 🦾
First, log into your HYROS account, and click on Settings on the top right hand corner. Expand the ad account you’d like to connect: the integration only applies to one ad account.

Use the Copy Key button to copy it: the next step is to apply it to Madgicx.
Next, head back to the Madgicx Settings page and click the new integration + sign.
A window will pop up: there, you can enter your HYROS key: paste (ctrl+v) it here and click Save.
That’s it! You have successfully connected your HYROS account to Madgicx.

Madgicx acquisition audiences will automatically exclude non-acquisition audiences from the created acquisition audience.
Having issues seeing your Facebook Catalogs? Let's go through the following steps to check why:
Follow this guide to create a new catalog.
Go to Facebook Business Settings.
On the top left, select Users, and then click on People.
Select Add Asset. In the pop-up window under Asset Type, select Catalog and then choose the desired catalog.
Give Admin Permissions to the user, and click Save.
Go back to Madgicx Settings and click Reauthenticate.
If this didn't solve your issue, reach out to Madgicx's support team and ask us to manually reset your catalogs.
Shopify Users: Make sure your catalog is both on Shopify and Facebook, or Madgicx will not have access to view that catalog.
This is most likely an issue with your account permissions. Watch this video or follow the guide below to solve any permission issues with your Instagram Pages, Facebook Pages, and catalogs.
Go to Business Settings and click on the Settings gear icon.
A page should load that looks like the one in the image below. Under Users, select People and find your name in the list on the right, and click on it.
On the left side of the screen, the panel below should open up. When it does, click on Add Assets.
The window below will open up. When it does, make sure to choose the page you want to add and grant it maximum access by enabling Manage Page.
Finally, click Save Changes.
Before closing, repeat the same process but now on:
Let's go back to Business Settings.
This time we'll click on Instagram accounts and make sure yours is connected. If you don't see it in the list on the right, press on the blue Add button and add it.
When this window pops up, enter your credentials and log in.
Lastly, we want to make sure your Facebook Page is connected to your Instagram account.
Go to your Facebook page and then click Settings:
Then click on Instagram. The page below is what you'll see if your page is properly connected.
If not, connect it by clicking on Connect Account.
Lastly, go to Madgicx's Settings and press Reauthenticate.
This is the best way to regain or permit access to your page and use Madgicx to its full capacity.
Watch the video or follow this six-step guide to reestablish your token and regain access to your Facebook page on Madgicx.
Go into Facebook and click your photo on the top right-hand side of the screen. On the menu, select Settings and Privacy, then Settings, as seen below, or click here.
Select Business Integrations on the left-hand bar, and select Madgicx from the menu.
Check the Madgicx app and click Remove to remove the token. Don’t worry, we'll add it again soon.
Select Remove again.
Do NOT check the box marked in red below. It will delete all Madgicx ads from your account.
Go back to Madgicx Settings and select Reauthenticate to reestablish the token and gain permissions once again.
The last and most important step:
When the pop-up appears and you see the blue button Choose What you Allow—click it!
Make sure that all of your Facebook and Instagram accounts and pages are selected. Don't worry—we won't see any of the details belonging to these accounts, they're simply permissions for your own account.
Now click Ok and you should be good to go.
