Ad Care is a tool that automatically adds the first comment to your ads and allows viewers to unsubscribe from your advertising. It gives you the power to maximize your advertising real estate, add more information about your brand, and maintain more contact with your audience.
Ad Care allows you to optimize an area of Facebook ads that advertisers tend to overlook—the comments section.
Users will check the comments section for reviews, feedback, and additional information about your brand. With Ad Care, you have the ability to control what they see there. Plus, since Facebook's algorithm considers comments when calculating the ad quality and engagement score, having positive comments can improve your overall ad performance.
Ad Care has two core functions: it automatically adds the first comment to every ad post, and it allows people to unsubscribe from your advertising.
The automatic comment is a great place for you to share additional information about your brand, add a link, or add prompts to control the discussion in the comments. This way, you maximize the ad-space real estate while gaining more engagement and traffic.
Ad Care also helps reduce negative comments, which will bolster your brand's reputation and page score over time. The automatic ad will include an unsubscribe link and once a user clicks the link, they'll reach a landing page hosted by Madgicx which is automatically connected to your pixel.
Users who are not interested in your ads will be able to unsubscribe instead of posting negative comments or reporting your ad to Facebook. Users who click it will automatically be added to your default exclusion audience and will be excluded from all your future ad campaigns.
As a result, Ad Care protects your ads from negative reactions and makes sure your audience is valuable and engaged.
First, open the app and click on Ad Care, located on the menu to the left.
Choose the page you’d like to optimize and click on Set Auto Comment.
Insert the content for the auto comment. You can use images, links, and text to optimize the comment however you see fit.
Edit the Unsubscribe Page to fit your brand.
Create the Resubscribe Page in case someone changes their mind.
Select the ads you wish to comment on. Keep in mind that if you click on Apply to all ads, the comment will be added to all your future Facebook ads as well.
Once you've finished, you’re all set! Ad Care will optimize your comments section and boost your performance.
The short answer is yes. However, we do not recommend this since the 'Auto Add' feature cannot work on two comments at once.
To do this, you would need to:
Ad Care posts the comment on the Facebook/ Instagram page connected to your ad account on the Settings page.
You should check on Ad Care if that campaign is set to ‘Auto Add.’ If not, click on the checkbox for that campaign until a little 'A' appears next to the checkmark. This will let Ad Care post comments automatically on all current and future ad sets in this campaign.
